Workout Change
I have been so tired after running recently that I haven't been doing my other exercises. So today I started with Ab Ripper X, then did my Tae Kwon Do patterns, then went for a run. That wasn't so bad.
I got the idea for the one-line journal from an article in Gretchen Rubin's Happiness Project blog, where she noted her success in keeping a daily one-sentence journal. I've never been successful in keeping a longer journal, and I've never really wanted to do one. But I'm all about one liners, so let's give this a try.
