I have a bad spoke on my mountain bike, and couldn't get my wheel trued today. So I went on a road ride with Stephen on my vintage (1984) steel Trek 520. Love that ride!

A One-Line Journal?
I got the idea for the one-line journal from an article in Gretchen Rubin's Happiness Project blog, where she noted her success in keeping a daily one-sentence journal. I've never been successful in keeping a longer journal, and I've never really wanted to do one. But I'm all about one liners, so let's give this a try.
