One of the greatest days of the year is the first day I can run without a shirt. With the temperature in the low 80s when I got home from work, that was today!

A One-Line Journal?
I got the idea for the one-line journal from an article in Gretchen Rubin's Happiness Project blog, where she noted her success in keeping a daily one-sentence journal. I've never been successful in keeping a longer journal, and I've never really wanted to do one. But I'm all about one liners, so let's give this a try.
